1. How can I earn Fuel Rewards savings through the Verde Energy fuel savings offer?

   When you choose Verde Energy as your utility provider, you will be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards savings of 5¢/gal for every $50 you spend on your monthly bill. For example, if your monthly utility bill is $56.02, you will earn 5¢/gal. The $6.02 over the $50 spend threshold will remain in your account and be applied toward your next $50 spend requirement. If your monthly utility bill is $102.83, you will earn 10¢/gal and the remaining $2.83 will be applied toward your next $50 spend requirement.

2. How do I enroll for the Verde Energy fuel savings offer

   As soon as you become a Verde Energy customer, you will be eligible to enroll for the Fuel Rewards Network™ program and start earning Fuel Rewards savings on your monthly utility bill. You will be sent a welcome kit and an email with instructions on how to sign up for the Fuel Rewards Network program online at lowcostpower.com/fuel or by calling Verde Energy at 1.800.388.3862. Once enrolled for the Fuel Rewards Network program, you will begin earning Fuel Rewards savings on your next Verde Energy utility bill.

3. When will I begin earning Fuel Rewards savings through Verde Energy

   After you have signed up for Verde Energy service and enrolled in the Fuel Rewards Network program, Fuel Rewards savings will automatically be deposited into your Fuel Rewards Network Account no more than 30 days after your next qualifying bill cycle. A qualifying bill cycle means that the $50 spend threshold has been met. For example if your billing period runs from June 1st to July 1st, then rewards earned for that billing cycle will be deposited into your Fuel Rewards Network Account no later than July 31st

4. When do Fuel Rewards savings earned through Verde Energy expire?

   Fuel Rewards savings expire on the last day of the month, 2 months after the month they are deposited into your Fuel Rewards Network Account. For example, if Fuel Rewards savings are deposited into your Fuel Rewards Network Account on July 15th, those rewards will expire on September 30th

5. How do I redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through Verde Energy?

   You will receive a Fuel Rewards Network Card in the mail within 2 weeks of registration with the Fuel Rewards Network program. You will use this card to redeem Fuel Rewards savings at any participating Shell station. If paying at the dispenser, follow the prompts to initiate the redemption process and insert your Fuel Rewards Network Card BEFORE your payment card. If paying inside, see cashier BEFORE inserting your Fuel Rewards Network Card. The cashier will enter your card number to apply your rewards to your fuel purchase and authorize the pump.

6. My Verde Energy bill is higher than the transaction amount listed on my dashboard. Why are they different?

   Verde Energy only issues Fuel Rewards savings for the portion of your bill that covers your actual energy purchase from Verde Energy. Other fees, such as line costs and government regulatory fees, are excluded from earning Fuel Rewards savings.
