Dining & Movie

Please review the following participation requirements for the MasterCard Dining & Movie Limited-Time Offer (the “Offer”). To be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the Offer the following requirements must be met:

• You must be a Fuel Rewards^® member.
  • You can sign-up for the Fuel Rewards^® program at fuelrewards.com/mymastercard.
  • You can request a Fuel Rewards^® card online during sign-up or pick one up at any participating Shell station and activate it online at fuelrewards.com/mymastercard, or you can request a Member ID online.
• You must have a valid MasterCard credit, signature debit, and/or signature prepaid card that is registered and linked to the Fuel Rewards^® program (“Linked MasterCard”). “Signature” means that you must sign when using your credit, debit or prepaid cards during checkout to complete your purchase and earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the Offer. PayPal transactions and MasterCard Small Business and Commercial cards are not eligible for the Offer.
• You can register and link up to 5 MasterCards to your Fuel Rewards^® account at any time.
• You must pay for your qualified purchases at restaurants/eateries/cafes and/or movie theatres with your Linked MasterCard to earn Fuel Rewards^® savings of 5¢/gal for every $100 in accumulated spend.
• You must make all purchases must be made between June 1, 2015 and September 30, 2015.
• Qualified purchases can be made both in-store and/or online at participating restaurants/eateries/cafes or movie theaters (click here to view participating stores).
  • MasterCard reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for the Offer.
• You can earn up to a maximum of $125/gal in savings for the Offer.
• Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the Offer will post to your Fuel Rewards^® account in approximately 5-7 business days after you reach $100 in accumulated, qualified spend. Once Fuel Rewards^® savings have posted to your account, you can redeem them by inserting your Fuel Rewards^® card or Member ID at the pump at any participating Shell station. The price of fuel will roll down based on the amount of accumulated rewards posted to your Fuel Rewards^® account at the time of redemption for up to 20 gallons of fuel.
• Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the Offer expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they are posted to your Fuel Rewards^® account.

Hotel & Rental Car

Please review the following participation requirements for the MasterCard Hotel & Car Rental Limited-Time Offer (the “Offer”). To be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the Offer the following requirements must be met:

• You must be a Fuel Rewards^® member.
  • You can sign-up for the Fuel Rewards^® program at fuelrewards.com/mymastercard.
  • You can request a Fuel Rewards^® card online during sign-up or pick one up at any participating Shell station and activate it online at fuelrewards.com/mymastercard, or you can request a Member ID online.
• You must have a valid MasterCard credit, signature debit, and/or signature prepaid card that is registered and linked with the Fuel Rewards^® program (“Linked MasterCard”). “Signature” means that you must sign when using your credit, debit or prepaid cards during checkout to complete your purchase and earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the Offer. PayPal transactions and MasterCard Small Business and Commercial cards are not eligible for the Offer.
• You can register and link up to 5 MasterCards to your Fuel Rewards^® account at any time.
• You must pay for your qualified purchases at hotels or car rental agencies with your Linked MasterCard to earn Fuel Rewards^® savings of 20¢/gal for every $300 in accumulated spend.
• You must make all payments between June 1, 2015 and September 30, 2015.
• Qualified payments can be made on location, by phone or online at participating hotels or car rental agencies (click here to view participating stores) including but not limited to hotels, motels and resorts.
• Stays at time shares and purchases in hotel gift shops are not eligible to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the offer.
• MasterCard reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for the Offer.
• You can earn up to a maximum of $125/gal in savings for the Offer.
• Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the Offer will post to your Fuel Rewards^® account in approximately 5-7 business days after you reach $100 in accumulated, qualified spend. NOTE: Purchases made with a MasterCard through the Fuel Rewards^® Travel program are not eligible for rewards through this MasterCard Limited-Time Offer.

Grocery

MasterCard Grocery Bonus Offer Participation Requirements

1. Please review the following participation requirements for the MasterCard Grocery Bonus offer (“MasterCard Grocery Bonus”).
2. To earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus:

• You must be a Fuel Rewards^® member.
  • You can sign up for the Fuel Rewards^® program at fuelrewards.com/mastercard.
  • You can request a Fuel Rewards^® card online during sign-up or pick one up at any participating Shell station and activate it online at fuelrewards.com/mastercard.
• To be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus you must have a valid MasterCard credit, signature debit, and/or signature prepaid card that is linked to your Fuel Rewards^® account (“Registered MasterCard Card”). “Signature” means that you must sign when using your credit, debit or prepaid cards to complete your purchase and earn Fuel Rewards savings through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus. MasterCard Small Business and Commercial cards are not eligible for this program. Up to 5 MasterCard Cards may be linked to an Fuel Rewards^® account at any time.
• Link your MasterCard Card and any Fuel Rewards^® program grocers’ rewards cards to your Fuel Rewards^® account. Your MasterCard Card must be linked to your Fuel Rewards^® account.
• You shop and pay for your groceries at Fuel Rewards^® program grocers with your Registered MasterCard Card to earn the MasterCard Grocery Bonus “plus up” of 3¢/gal for every $100 in accumulated grocery spend (the 3¢/gal MasterCard Grocery Bonus “plus up” is in addition to the Fuel Rewards savings you already earn from Fuel Rewards^® grocers).
• Fuel Rewards savings earned through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus will post to your Fuel Rewards^® account approximately 5–7 business days after you reach $100 in accumulated grocery spend at Fuel Rewards^® grocers. Once Fuel Rewards savings have posted to your account, you can redeem them by inserting your Fuel Rewards^® card at the pump at any participating Shell station. The price of fuel will roll down based on the amount of accumulated rewards posted to your Fuel Rewards^® account at the time of redemption for up to 20 gallons of fuel.
• You have a limit of eight (8) redemptions/savings each calendar year for the MasterCard Grocery Bonus. Once the eighth redemption has been reached, you can no longer earn Fuel Rewards savings through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus until the redemption number is reset to zero on January 1st of the following calendar year.
• Fuel Rewards savings earned through the MasterCard Grocery Bonus expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they are earned.

Dining

MasterCard Dining Bonus Offer Participation Requirements

1. Please review the following participation requirements for the MasterCard Dining Bonus offer (“MasterCard Dining Bonus”).
2. To earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the MasterCard Dining Bonus:

• You must be a Fuel Rewards member.
  • You can sign up for the Fuel Rewards^® program at fuelrewards.com/mastercard.
  • You can request an Fuel Rewards^® card online during sign-up or pick one up at any participating Shell station and activate it online at fuelrewards.com/mastercard.
• You must then register for an Fuel Rewards^® Dining account.
  • You register for the Fuel Rewards^® Dining program at fuelrewards.com/mastercard by clicking on the ‘Enroll in the Dining program’ link in the MasterCard Dining Bonus section.
  • Existing Fuel Rewards^® Dining program members will be automatically enrolled for the MasterCard Dining Bonus.
• To be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the MasterCard Dining Bonus you must have a valid MasterCard credit, signature debit, and/or signature prepaid card that is linked to your Fuel Rewards^® Dining account (&ldqho;Registered MasterCard”). “Signature” means that you must sign when using your credit, debit or prepaid cards to complete your purchase and earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the MasterCard Dining Bonus. MasterCard Small Business and Commercial cards are not eligible for this program. Up to 5 MasterCards may be linked to an Fuel Rewards^® Dining account at any time.
• Your MasterCard must be linked to your Fuel Rewards^® Dining account.
  • A Registered MasterCard may relate to only one Dining rewards program offered by Rewards Network (the operator of this Fuel Rewards^® Dining program). If this is the second Rewards Network dining program in which you are enrolling, please use a different MasterCard than the one you used to register for the first Rewards Network dining program. If you do not, then Rewards Network will cancel the Registered MasterCard’s participation in the first dining program in which you enrolled.
• Earn an additional one-time 5¢/gal reward for your first $50 in accumulated dining spend at Fuel Rewards^® program restaurants with your Registered MasterCard through the MasterCard Dining Bonus. This is in addition to the 10¢/gal reward you’re already earning for every $50 you spend at Fuel Rewards^® program restaurants.
• You can only earn Fuel Rewards^® savings through the MasterCard Dining Bonus one (1) time.
• Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the MasterCard Dining Bonus will post to your Fuel Rewards^® account approximately 10 – 15 business days after you reach your first $50 in accumulated dining spend at Fuel Rewards^® program restaurants. Once Fuel Rewards^® savings have posted to your account, you can redeem them by inserting your Fuel Rewards card at the pump at any participating Shell station. The price of fuel will roll down based on the amount of accumulated rewards posted to your Fuel Rewards^® account at the time of redemption for up to 20 gallons of fuel.
• Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the MasterCard Dining Bonus expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they are earned. All other Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Fuel Rewards^® Dining program expire on the last day of the month, three months after the month in which they are earned.
