1. How do I earn Fuel Rewards savings with IGS Energy?

   After you choose IGS Energy as your energy supplier, you will be prompted to sign up for the Fuel Rewards program. Simply accept the terms of the Fuel Rewards program when prompted and you will be automatically signed up. You will begin earning rewards on your next utility bill. You will receive an Fuel Rewards card in the mail within 2 weeks.

   If you are already an IGS Energy customer, log in to your IGS Energy account and go to the Rewards section. Select the Fuel Rewards program and follow the directions on screen. Once you have created or linked your Fuel Rewards account, you will begin earning rewards on your next utility bill.

2. When will I begin earning rewards?

   After you have signed up for IGS Energy service and linked your Fuel Rewards account, rewards will automatically be deposited into your Fuel Rewards account within 30 days after your next bill. For example, if your billing period runs from November 12th-December 11th, then rewards earned for that billing period will be deposited into your Fuel Rewards account on January 2nd.

3. When do Fuel Rewards savings I've earned through the IGS Energy expire?

   Fuel Rewards savings earned through IGS Energy are available for use the month they were issued plus 1 month. For example, Fuel Rewards savings issued on March 15, 2013 can be used in March through the end of April, expiring on April 30, 2013.

4. How do I redeem my Fuel Rewards savings?

   To redeem your Fuel Rewards savings, be sure to swipe your Fuel Rewards card at participating Shell fuel stations before insert your payment card.

5. My energy bill amount is higher than the transaction amount listed on my dashboard. Why are they different?

   IGS Energy only issues rewards for the portion of your bill that covers your actual energy purchase from IGS Energy. Other fees, such as line costs and government regulatory fees, are included in the amount you pay but ineligible for Fuel Rewards savings.

6. How do I participate if I am not yet an IGS Energy customer?

   Enroll with IGS Energy by visiting www.igsenergy.com/fuelrewards or by calling 800.280.4474, and find out more about how to earn Fuel Rewards savings as part of the Fuel Rewards Network program.
