Redeeming Rewards

1. If paying at the pump, follow the screen prompts to initiate Fuel Rewards savings. If paying inside, give your Harveys Hometown Rewards Key with magnetic stripe to the cashier BEFORE you fill up.
2. At the pump, insert your Harveys Hometown Rewards Key with magnetic stripe BEFORE you insert your payment card.
3. Select form of payment and fuel grade.
4. Watch the price drop based on the amount of your Fuel Rewards savings. (Fill-up is limited to maximum of 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle.)

1. How do I earn fuel savings through the Harveys fuel program?

   Every time you spend $50 on qualified purchases at any participating Harveys location using your Harveys Hometown Rewards Key you earn a 5¢ per gallon reward on fuel (up to 20 gallons) redeemable at participating fuel stations

2. Where can I redeem my fuel savings?

   You can redeem your fuel discounts at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. Redemption stations vary by location.

3. Do my fuel savings expire?

   Your fuel savings will expire on a rolling schedule – at the end of the month immediately following the month that you earn them. For example, all fuel savings earned in June will expire July 31. Your receipts will show fuel savings totals and expiration dates. Harveys is not responsible for expired fuel savings.

4. Can I use my key chain tag at the pump?

   No, you cannot use your key chain tag at the pump, just your wallet-size Harveys Hometown Rewards Key card. You can take your key chain tag inside the station to pay and the cashier will authorize the pump.

5. Are there redemption limits?

   Your fuel savings are valid for one use, up to a maximum of 20 gallons, one vehicle per transaction, or a maximum dollar amount set by the fuel station or financial institution. This allows most customers to fill up one tank of fuel. Any unused gallons cannot be redeemed on a later fill-up.

6. What if I spend more than $50.00 at Harveys?

   Any amount you spend over $50 remains in your account, good towards your next $50 threshold

7. What items are excluded from earning fuel savings at Harveys?

   Purchases of fuel, propane, state and federally funded pharmacy prescriptions, third party insurance, third party payments for pharmacy prescriptions, tobacco, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Harveys and gift cards, check cashing fees, returned checks, prepaid reloadable cards, American Express and Visa Gift Cards, money orders and fees, utility payments, home phone service, Western Union, event tickets, copy or fax machine service, vending machines, charitable donations, delivery charges, fund-raising activities, sales tax and other taxes paid by the customer and items prohibited by law are excluded. Fuel savings are calculated after all restricted items, all store discounts, and all coupons (including manufacturer coupons) have been subtracted from the order. Fuel savings are not earned on tax-exempt or MSP-SRP reward cards. Fuel savings can only be earned in participating Harveys locations. Fuel savings may not be accumulated in some liquor locations – see store for details. Fuel savings can only be redeemed at participating fuel stations.
