What is the FRN Gift Card Center?

Members can earn Fuel Rewards savings when they purchase gift cards and airtime cards at the FRN Gift Card Center at participating Shell stations. For every $50 you spend on gift or airtime cards at participating Shell stations, you will receive at least 5¢ per gallon in Fuel Rewards savings.

How do I earn Fuel Rewards savings through the FRN Gift Card Center at Shell?

Fuel Rewards Network (FRN) Members can earn Fuel Rewards savings when they purchase gift cards and airtime cards at participating Shell stations. You must have an FRN Card to be able to earn Fuel Rewards savings and you must scan your FRN Card at checkout when purchasing gift cards and/or airtime cards.

How do I get an FRN Card?

To get your FREE FRN Card, simply request a card online at fuelrewards.com or pick up one at any participating Shell station. Please note that while you are able to earn Fuel Rewards savings with the FRN Card, you must activate your FRN Card online at fuelrewards.com in order to redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center at participating Shell stations. To locate participating Shell locations in your area, click on the "shop & earn" tab at fuelrewards.com and select "All Locations.”

Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I am able to earn in a single transaction?

There is no limit to the amount Fuel Rewards savings an FRN Member can earn. However, there is a single transaction activation limitation of 20 cards. In other words, you can only purchase and activate 20 airtime and/or gift cards during one transaction.

Can I combine Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center with Fuel Rewards savings earned through other Fuel Rewards Network programs?

Yes. When you activate your FRN Card and create an account at fuelrewards.com, you can link all participating FRN grocery and other retailers' rewards cards to your FRN Account to combine Fuel Rewards savings earned at participating FRN retailer locations across the FRN. Once you create an account at fuelrewards.com, you also gain exclusive access to other FRN programs -- the Dining Program, eCoupons, Online Mall, Promotions programs and more. Fuel Rewards savings earned from all FRN programs are combined into one Fuel Rewards savings balance; that cumulative rewards balance is redeemable at any participating Shell or other select fuel station(s). Please note that any Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center and Shell Fuel Rewards programs can only be redeemed at participating Shell stations and cannot be redeemed at any other participating non-Shell fuel station.

Do all Shell stations participating in the FRN Gift Card Center offer Fuel Rewards savings for the same products?

No. While most of the products will be the same across participating Shell stations, the gift cards and airtime cards offered may differ depending on the location.

How do I find out which Shell stations are offering Fuel Rewards savings through the FRN Gift Card Center?

You can locate nearby Shell stations participating in the FRN Gift Card Center by clicking on the "shop & earn" tab at fuelrewards.com and then selecting "All Locations.” Click the individual Shell stations on the map to find out more details on specific offers available at each station.

When will Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center be deposited into my Fuel Rewards Network Account?

Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center will appear in your FRN Account Fuel Rewards savings balance immediately after you finalize your purchase.

When do Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center expire?

Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN Gift Card Center expire on the last day of the month, immediately following the month in which they are earned. For example, Fuel Rewards savings earned April 15 will expire on May 31. Fuel Rewards savings earned April 30 will also expire on May 31.

Where can I get a FREE Fuel Rewards Network Card?

You can request a FREE FRN Card online at fuelrewards.com or pick up one at any participating Shell station. Please note that while you are able to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the FRN Gift Card Center with the FRN Card you picked up at a participating Shell station, you must activate your FRN Card online at fuelrewards.com in order to redeem Fuel Rewards savings at participating Shell stations.

Can I use my Fuel Rewards Network Card at any Shell location?

You can use your FRN Card to redeem Fuel Rewards savings at any participating Shell location within the FRN program. Not all Shell locations participate in the FRN program; your FRN Card will not work at Shell locations that do not redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN program. Please click on the "earn & save" tab at fuelrewards.com and then select "Fuel Locations" to locate participating Shell stations in your area.

If a Shell location offers the FRN Gift Card Center, does that mean they also redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Fuel Rewards Network program?

Yes. All Shell locations that offer the FRN Gift Card Center also redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN program. However, not all Shell locations that participate in the FRN program offer the FRN Gift Card Center.

I purchased a gift card through the FRN Gift Card Center and would like to know the balance that remains on the gift card.
