Dining includes thousands of great places throughout the United States from neighborhood bistros to fine dining restaurants, so you'll always find something to suit your tastes. We'll track your spending and award you Fuel Rewards savings of 10¢/gal for every $50 you spend at participating Dining program locations (see Eligibility below). Your Fuel Rewards savings will automatically be deposited into your FRN Account and can be redeemed at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. The more often you dine out, the more Fuel Rewards savings you can earn.

EARN

Earn 10¢/gal in Fuel Rewards savings for every $50 you spend dining through the FRN. State-of-the-art technology tracks your linked credit and/or debit cards when they are used at participating restaurants, bars and clubs -- and issues Fuel Rewards savings based on your Dining program activity.

The Dining program purchase amount threshold may be met through single or multiple transactions over time, across all participating Dining program establishments. For example, you may meet the Dining program's $50 purchase threshold by spending $20 at one participating restaurant location and $30 at another participating restaurant location. Fuel Rewards savings are stackable, too, so there is no limit to the amount you can earn through the Dining program!

EXPIRATION

Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Dining program expire on the last day of the month, three months after the month in which they are deposited into your FRN Account. For example, Fuel Rewards savings deposited to your FRN Account on June 15, 2015 will expire on August 31, 2015, and Fuel Rewards savings deposited to your FRN Account on June 30, 2015 will also expire August 31, 2015.

ELIGIBILITY

FRN Members enrolling in the Dining program must provide a valid, deliverable email address and be opted in to receive Dining promotional emails to be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards savings for Dining program activity. By opting in, you are providing marketing permission to the Dining program and acknowledging that you will receive information by email regarding the Dining program. If you do not provide a valid email address and marketing permission to the Dining program, you will not be eligible to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the Dining program.

This 25¢/gal bonus offer is open to new Fuel Rewards^® Dining members only. A new Dining member is a Fuel Rewards^® member who has not linked a payment card to their Fuel Rewards^® Dining account prior to May 13, 2014. This bonus is offered to new Dining members between May 13, 2014 and September 30, 2015. To qualify, you must remain opted in to receive emails from the Dining program and continue to satisfy Active Member criteria to earn this bonus.

To earn this bonus, you must spend at least $25 (including tax and tip) in one dine at any participating Fuel Rewards^® Dining restaurant, bar or club within 25 days of linking your payment card to the Dining program. Please note that dining activity that occurred prior to linking your payment card to the Dining program will not be eligible for this bonus. In addition, the dine must occur during a valid reward period and be paid for with a payment card linked to your Fuel Rewards^® Dining account. You are only eligible to earn through the First-Time Dining Bonus one time. A maximum of one 25¢/gal bonus in Fuel Rewards^® savings may be earned with this bonus. Offer may not be combined with any other Fuel Rewards^® Dining bonuses. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your qualifying dine for any bonus savings to post to your Fuel Rewards^® account. All account inquiries related to this bonus must be received by November 30, 2015.
